We are a local Japanese pub located in the Mills 50 district of Orlando, FL. Created by chef/owner Sean “Sonny” Nguyen, his vision was to mash-up a modern day cocktail bar with traditional Japanese pub food. From classic cocktails, to grilled skewers over charcoal, to the big city vibes… your experience here will be truly unique.

Our concept is built around the Japanese term “ichigo ichie”. To live in the moment, as if it may never happen again.

This collection honors Tsukuriwake, which means “artisanship through a diversity of making” and is composed of four Yamazaki single malts - Puncheon, Peated Malt, Spanish Oak and Mizunara, that together make the composition of Yamazaki, the pioneer of Japanese Single Malt.
