Our Tare
Tare is a core component of Japanese cuisine - and every chef has their own expression. At its core, tare is a seasoned and reduced soy sauce; our complex secret recipe uses gluten-free soy as a base. The finished skewers are topped with sancho, which is a fragrant and citrusy peppercorn with a slight numbing sensation.
